Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects by managing inventory, organizing merchandise, and facilitating the smooth flow of materials in and out of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of furniture, decor, and accessories.
• Organize and maintain inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times.
• Prepare merchandise for staging projects, including packaging, labeling, and assembly.
• Collaborate with the design team to coordinate delivery schedules and logistics.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of fragile items.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform periodic inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and optimize stock rotation.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to [insert weight] pounds.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Google Suite and inventory management software.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• 8 hour shift
