PDF Supply, Inc. is a global supplier of automation equipment. We are looking for hardworking, efficient, and reliable person to join our warehouse team. The Warehouse Associate position based in our Raleigh, NC office will be focused on increasing revenue and our customer service level by working with the Warehouse team and other in-house teams to increase operational efficiency and order fulfillment. This is an entry level position, with room for growth as more responsibility as our company grows and more responsibility is taken on. Primary duties of this position consist of receiving and organizing inventory, packaging and shipping inventory, and daily upkeep of the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adding incoming inventory to our inventory database with a high level of accuracy.
• Auditing inventory in our warehouses.
• Putting received inventory away in our warehouses.
• Order picking from stocked inventory.
• Maintaining inventory database accuracy.
• Packaging and shipping customer orders.
• Facilities related tasks, such as assembling office equipment and furniture, and contacting and coordinating with outside vendors for warehouse and facilities maintenance.
• Other Warehouse/Inventory related projects.
• Other duties as assigned to achieve departmental and company goals and objectives.
  May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned

METRICS

• Accuracy of inventory.
• Completion of daily work including receipt of all incoming inventory and shipping orders correctly and timely.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent GED certification.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Occasional reaching/working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
• Frequent walking
• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Lifting requirements include occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds

WORK SCHEDULE
Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.
