Key Qualifications

• 2 years of Welding Management or Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program

• Effective Communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent to in a skilled trade or Educational settingis a plus
