Lincoln Tech is Hiring a National Director of Career Services Near Hills, NJ

Lincoln Techs seeking a National Director of Career Services to support and train the Directors of Career Services, as well as the campuses' Career Services Departments. The position provides expertise in the area of business development and graduate employment. Other responsibilities will include the development of training material, managing training programs and ensuring that all campus teams are meeting their placement expectations and adhering to the highest ethical standards as set forth by Lincoln leadership. This position will involve extensive travel and require periodic attendance at the Corporate Office in Parsippany, NJ.

Responsibilities

Support the efforts of the Corporate Career Services Division to meet and exceed all goals as assigned.
Design and implement strategies to support successful outcomes for Career Services' Departments.
Ensure that the schools meet their targeted objectives including but not limited to:

Minimum placement outcomes as established by our Accreditor of record
Minimum placement outcomes as established for the Lincoln Year

Assist with the creation of training programs, both online and on ground.
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures both external and internal.
Analyze and interpret activity rate predictors.
Conduct campus visits to ensure Career Services teams are managing processes and procedures as defined by LTI policies.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of management experience in a career school setting
Ability to produce reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers of the organization.
