1.0 FTE Social Studies Teacher

Lincoln International High School is looking for a Social Studies teacher.

Requirements: valid Minnesota teaching license for High School Social Studies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Multilingual Learners

Technology skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Classroom, Drive, Slides, Docs ,etc)

Summary of Duties:

• Provide effective instruction aligned with the Social Studies Standards of Minnesota
• Participate actively in Professional Learning Communities, trainings, staff meetings, and the life of the school
• Integrate technology in instruction and assessments to promote 21st Century Skills
• Form and maintain positive relationships with diverse students, families, and staff
• Demonstrate understanding of second language acquisition and multilingualism through planned and appropriate scaffolding and differentiation of instruction
