Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Job is a salary position and may require Evening hours as well as Daytime hours. Applicant must be flexible and be willing to fill in for employees. Weekend hours may be required for training purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees

Other Responsibilities include field work. This is not an office only job. Applicant must be knowledgeable in cleaning and janitorial work and be able to preform task with the team as needed.

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding innovative solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Ability to negotiate prices with suppliers and vendors
