Job Summary: The Warehouse Overnight Lead is responsible for overnight operations of the warehouse environment. They are responsible for all incoming material, which includes checking for accuracy of all incoming shipments, tracking on a material receiving log, assigning lot control tags or serialized barcodes utilizing the computer to receive the material in the system and assuring the material is put in storage using the FIFO system.
The Warehouse Overnight Lead is responsible for assisting with supervision, leadership, and coaching of all hourly personnel within the Materials Department.
Other responsibilities also include normal Warehouse of light packages, moving all indirect supply packages to the tool crib, organization of the warehouse, maintain a first in first out system, cleanliness of the shipping docks, outside breezeway, and any area whether inside or outside in which the Materials Department stores material or uses to complete the job duties required to be completed. Constantly searching for new ideas to improve warehouse organization and efficiency while the business grows, bringing new challenges on a daily basis of space, organization, etc.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Receive all incoming material properly, ensuring that it is received into the system properly.
· Oversee outgoing shipping of all material to ensure that is shipped to the customer correctly, and accurately in proper containers with all tags properly affixed.
· Daily inventories, which includes cycle counting when assigned.
· Maintain constant warehouse organization ensuring FIFO is being followed.
· Provide coaching, leadership, and training to all warehouse personnel.
· All other duties assigned by Warehouse Supervisor or Materials Manager

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
· Ability to train other employees, as needed.
· Ability and willingness to adhere to all safety rules and regulations including but not limited to completion of all forklift inspection sheets.
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to work 10-hour shifts and weekend hours, as needed or required.
Education and Experience:
· At least three years’ experience in operating forklift trucks in a high paced manufacturing environment.
· Previous experience with PLEX is strongly preferred, but experience with similar ERP or inventory management systems is required.
Work Environment: The job works in conditions with constant exposure (67% or more) to noise, odors, dust, drafts, and chemicals.
Physical Requirements:
Carrying, pushing, or pulling of heavy objects (up to 30 lbs.) is regularly necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full Time, 40 hours per week or more with weekend hours as needed.
