We are currently looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team!
What you’ll be doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate departments
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs
- Complete call reports
What we’re looking for:
- 1 year of customer service or account management experience required
- Outgoing and Energetic Personality
- Phone Etiquette
- Good Memory
- Multitasking Ability
- Ability to communicate both verbally and through writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to create, edit and analyze data using MS Office Suite, especially Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentations
- Ability to use office equipment (i.e., fax, phone, scanner, copier, mail)
