We currently have an exciting opportunity for a medical call center representative to join our growing team in Alpharetta!

Bilingual Spanish and previous medical call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, four days remote one day in-office, after training.

HYBRID REMOTE work schedule - after one month of hands-on training.

Must have prior experience in a medical setting dealing with scheduling and insurance.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Answering phones.
• Scheduling patient appointments.
• Collecting information.
• Verifying insurance.
• All while maintaining a positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.

Requirements:

• Dependable team player is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude with patients and co-workers under all conditions.
• Sustain excellent attendance and avoid excessive absences and/or tardiness.
