We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in accounting and product sourcing to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on accounting and product sourcing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing accounts, and facilitating the procurement of products, demonstrating a keen understanding of financial and sourcing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source products efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage. Maintain accurate records of product sourcing activities.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Account Management: Handle customer accounts, including invoicing, billing, and processing payments. Monitor account balances, payment schedules, and resolve any discrepancies. Generate financial reports and statements for customers as needed.
  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination.

Ensure accurate and on-time product shipments to customers.

  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues related to accounting, product sourcing, or customer orders.

Proactively identify potential problems and develop solutions to prevent future issues.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, accounting transactions, and sourcing activities.

Prepare regular reports and summaries for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, accounting, and product sourcing.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Hours (100% in office): Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
