As Lime Media's Recruiter, you'll play a hands-on role in sourcing and recruiting top talent, critical to executing our people initiatives, shaping our company culture, and fostering functional excellence within the Teams & Talent department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Post vacancies on Paylocity, LMG's career portal, and popular job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Source top-tier candidates through strategic job postings, active recruitment, and networking efforts
• Oversee Lime's assessment process to ensure candidate quality
• Facilitate new hire onboarding via HRIS (Paylocity) system
• Conduct interviews via phone, Teams/Zoom, and in-person, ensuring diverse formats
• Handle new hire administrative tasks: background checks, references, welcome gifts, and training schedules
• Continuously screen and introduce talent to management, sustaining our talent pipeline for Lime's growth
• Research and implement strategies to engage passive candidates effectively
• Represent Lime at job fairs, collaborating with local institutions to enhance our brand and attract talent
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
• Maintain HRIS system accuracy
• Perform additional duties as required
