Functioning within the Health System’s and mission, values, objectives, policies and procedures, the Coordinator - Office and Quality oversights of the daily workflow and staffing under the direction of the department Manager/Director, and oversights the collaborative model in the Case Management Department. The Coordinator - Office and Quality works collaboratively with the Director and other LMHS Directors to ensure that LMHS’ organizational goals are met. 

 Education: An Associate’s Degree in business-related or healthcare field, or a graduate of a Licensed Practical Nursing program is required. Bachelor’s in healthcare or business-related field preferred.
 
Licensure/Certification: N/A 
 
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years- experience in a related healthcare setting (e.g. hospital, physician practice, clinic, etc.), required. One (1) year of mentoring experience is preferred. Must have the knowledge and experience to provide oversight of multiple disciplines and appreciate varying roles and responsibilities.
 
Skills: Must have strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and communication skills; and the demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Must also be able to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work accurately, efficiently and independently. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Basic competency in PowerPoint preferred.
