Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. A BSN or a Bachelor’s degree in a health related field is required. A Master’s degree in a health related field is preferred. 

Licensure/Certification: A valid, unrestricted RN license from the Ohio Board of Nursing is required. BLS is required.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience, including one (1) year of renal outpatient experience, is required. Previous supervisory/management experience is strongly preferred.

Skills: Must have strong critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills. Must also have exceptional interpersonal skills including the demonstrated ability to persuade through consensus-building and the ability to interact effectively with all internal and external customers. Demonstrated experience in successful project management and service line development and success with unit based operational capital budgeting are required. Documented evidence of process improvement/innovation and problem solving through critical and creative thinking and a passion for patient care are also required.
