Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Security Guards. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong conflict management skills and a passion for ensuring the safety of others.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal activities
- Conduct regular security checks of premises and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to monitor premises
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security regulations
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Security Guard license/certificate
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification is preferred
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military is a plus
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is advantageous
- Ability to operate CCTV systems and other security equipment effectively
- Excellent observation skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
