**Job Title:** Store Manager

**Job Summary:**

As the Store Manager of our restaurant, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing all operational aspects. Your responsibility is to ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the establishment while upholding the highest company standards in all operational facets. This includes supervising product preparation and delivery, managing customer relations, overseeing restaurant maintenance and repairs, maintaining inventory, leading the team, overseeing recruitment, fostering staff retention, managing finances, and delivering top-tier products and services to our valued clientele.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Operational Management:** Efficiently manage daily operations, which include team scheduling, ordering, and staff development.

**Financial Oversight:** Enforcing cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking necessary actions.

**Team Development:** Recruit, interview, hire, conduct performance appraisals, implement disciplinary actions, motivate, and train team members.

**Hiring and Termination:** Possess the authority to make hiring and termination decisions with approval or in partnership with management team supervisors.

**Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety regulations, and company safety and security policies.

**Maintenance:** Maintain compliance with the preventative maintenance program for facility, equipment, and grounds upkeep.

**Safety:** Foster a safe working environment for the team and ensure a secure customer experience.

**Service Excellence:** Uphold fast, accurate service, maintain positive guest relations, and ensure products meet company quality standards.

**Customer Satisfaction:** Guarantee food quality and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

**Marketing Initiatives:** Execute marketing programs promptly and comprehensively.

**Qualifications:**

**Education/Experience:**

• A High School diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.

• Mandatory 2-4 years of supervisory experience in the food service or retail sector.

• Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

**Language Ability:**

• Proficiency in written, verbal, and group communication.

• Capable of reading, analyzing, creating, and interpreting general business memos and documents.

**Math Ability:**

• Proficiency in business math skills.

**Reasoning Ability:**

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Adaptability and flexibility in various situations.

**Computer Skills:**

• Proficiency with computer usage, including internet, email, learning management systems, and memo software.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.

**Supervisory Responsibilities:**

• Oversee crew members, shift leaders, and shift managers.

**Physical Demands:**

• Extended periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm conditions.

• Regular lifting of supplies and materials, with moderate to loud noise.

• Manual dexterity for cash register operation.
