We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations and make sure that all patrons receive exemplary customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a store manager. An effective retail manager will also be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity.

We are open 7 days a week and this position will require some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
• Work with customer concerns to maintain the store’s reputation
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for new products and/or improvements in the store
• Monitor stock levels
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
• Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
• Scheduling & Training of all employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
