Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining a neat and organized lobby area
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional guest service throughout their dining experience

Skills:
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Strong guest relations skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Knowledge of guest services standards
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to assist and help others
