Our Direct Care staff work directly with the children to help guide in appropriate decision making, teach lifeskills, transport for activities, teach appropriate social skills and other hands on tasks. There is a lot of time for playing games, arts and crafts, and a multitude of fun interaction!
Lilac Ridge is a program located in Spokane Valley designed to care for children ages 6 to 18 with mental health and behavioral challenges. We need Direct Care staff to help create stable and predictable environments for those who need it most.
Direct care staff position working with youth in a residential treatment environment.
Hours available are 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Full time and part time for both shifts. Daytime shifts available for Saturday, Sunday, and non-school days.
We are open 24 hrs. a day 7 days a week in our residential settings.
Office hours are 9am-5pm M-F
Must have:
Employees will also receive training in CPR/First aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Behavioral Management, Mandatory Reporter Training, and more.
