Lilac Learning Center is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Tacoma, WA

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is interested in providing home and community based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. We offer a small, collaborative and caring community of staff who work together to do our best to make a difference for every client. Ideal candidates for this position will have demonstrated supervisory experience and an effective history of working with individuals with severe behavior. Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) by the Department of Health of WA or currently eligible for licensure. Applicants who hold a BCBA or BCBA-D credential are eligible for a LBA in Washington State.
  • Experience providing ABA therapy with children
  • Ability to interact with colleagues, providers, and families in a collegial and professional manner.
  • Reliable transportation, current valid driver's license, car insurance, and working cell phone
  • CPR/BLS/Food Handlers (required within 30 days of hire)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to pass a background check and driving record check
