Hopeful Hands Behavioral Health INC is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Tacoma, WA

Hopeful Hands behavioral Health, Inc is a local behavioral health agency that provides excellent opportunities for growth, ongoing training, competitive wages, and flexible scheduling. We are an established team of behavioral health professionals who are passionate about providing clients with ethical assent based neuro diversity affirming therapy practices.

Our second clinic location in Tacoma WA is looking for a full-time Lead BCBA with exemplary clinical skills and knowledge of providing treatment to individuals accessing services through their medical insurance benefits. In this position the BCBA will be the site lead of our south sound center-based team reporting to the executive clinical director. They will be responsible for all assessment, programming, supervision, and clinical data-based decisions for each client. The lead will supervise a team of CBT's and provide ongoing training and performance feedback. Additionally, they will meet with parents/stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and collaboration. Effective communication and treating everyone with genuine respect and mentorship. will be in charge of maintaining BT success while intaking and maintaining clientele. The Lead must feel confident in writing strong treatment plans, creatively problem solving throughout the day’s needs, developing a strong and positive culture for the staff, and leading all programming decisions for each member and of the team.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst will also be considered if the applicate is working on their BCBA education,

Our ideal candidate will be proficient in writing appropriate behavior analytic treatment plans targeting realistic and socially valid goals, implementing FBA's, administering assessments {ABAS-3, BRIEF-2, VB MAPP, ABLLS, etc}, designing relevant and effective behavior management protocols, understanding of operational tasks to maintain the clinic, and developing a positive work culture in the clinic. Building a team to work with in the Day program.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1) BCBA & LBA in good standing preferred

BCABA may be considered

2) Pass a criminal background check

3) 1 yrs supervisory experience

4) Strong organizational skills

5) Ability to self manage

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

1) Experience with Autism & related disorders

2) Knowledge of working with medical insurances

3) Understanding of naturalistic teaching (NET)

4) Previous work with individuals aged 2yrs-Adult

Job Types: Full-time

Salary $90,000-$115,000 per year for BCBA

Pay salary for BCABA $60,000.00 to $75000.00 per year.

Expected hours: 40 per week 4x10

Schedule: Monday to Thursday,

Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
