Job Description:

In collaboration with Chief Risk Officer, this position will be responsible for global event management for large portfolio of Skilled and Assisted Living Facilities across Florida. Position includes ensuring necessary and timely federal and state reporting; implementing effective response planning for thorough investigation; assuring regulatory compliance with ongoing monitoring and stabilization; and identifying individual and comprehensive root cause analysis trends.

Travel within FL will be required. (Approximately 40% Remote and 60% Travel to FL Centers and Corporate Office in Lake Mary).

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum four (4) years’ experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. AS in Nursing, or Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Nursing / Therapy Related Field Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Regulatory, Health Care Compliance, and/or Health Care Operations (quality, risk, etc.)
