MAJOR DUTIES:

• Maintain knowledge of strains and products throughout the dispensary.
• Daily opening and closing duties. (See daily checklist on dashboard)
• Make sure front desk area and lobby are clean and customer ready at all times
• Checking in and out visitors properly & issuing visitor badges
• Engage the sales floor in the chat room’s discussions
• Utilizing pager system to ensure customers are seen in an orderly fashion
• Checking ID and/or appropriate documents to verify right to shop
• Maintain accuracy of customer records in Flow Hub/METRC.
• Answer and transfer phone calls accordingly following professional phone etiquette
• Process Change of Caregivers to and from Lightshade
• Notarizing documents
• Keeping front desk area organized at all times
• Auditing Flow Hub/METRC database for accuracy during downtime
• Other duties as assigned by the Management Team

Must be able to obtain an Industry Badge through the Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division.

• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts and store location movement.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

The front desk checks in patients, controls the flow of customers within the dispensary and maintains patient data accuracy in Flow Hub/METRC. Sign up customers for Change of Caregiver and maintain caregiver information. It is important to make each customer feel welcomed when they enter our facilities. This is our chance to make a positive first impression and develop a long term relationship for repeat business.
