Position Summary

This Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role serves as the point-person for the NetSuite ERP. This role manages any NetSuite support issues as well as collaborates with other vendors and business units to develop, implement, and train colleagues on using NetSuite. The person in this position is expected to develop and implement data analysis dashboards for KPIs and not only provide support to Lightning management in this area but also use the analytics to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point-person for the NetSuite ERP system for the company, performing application administration and support duties
• Collaborate with Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and IT departments by capturing, documenting, and implementing business processes and system changes
• Collaborate with vendors and business units to develop, implement, and train on new capabilities in NetSuite based on business requirements
• Work with third-party vendors for system integrations, support, and maintenance of those software’s
• Develop and implement data analysis and visualization dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide support to Lightning management with KPI and dashboard analyses as well as on-demand analytic inquiries
• Use analytics to drive problem solving and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on utilizing data analytics to drive business strategies and improvements
• Work with the other business analysts to build and manage data pipelines and analytical database architecture
• Other duties as assigned

What we require: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in a Finance role or IT Finance ERP module experience
• Demonstrated project management experience

What we prefer: 

• Knowledge of database systems and data structures
• Knowledge of manufacturing and procurement processes
• Experience working with ERP systems, NetSuite a plus
• Experience working in SOX compliant IS ecosystem
