Quality Improvement and Training Coordinator
Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is seeking a LSW or LPC to manage agency-wide compliance and quality. This position will also provide staff training in a variety of agency subjects: EHR (Carelogic), clinical documentation, diversity, Trauma Informed Care and more as needed.
Starting pay $48,800
Essential Functions:
Assist in the facilitation of the agency quality improvement process, including obtaining data, analyzing data, and implementing strategies.
Assist program leadership in developing measurable outcome indicators.
Oversee the satisfaction survey process, summarize results, and make recommendations according to the data.
Assist with identifying evidence-based and best practice approaches for programs in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, Vice Presidents, and Directors.
Manage all licensing and accreditation processes for the organization in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations.
Develop and deliver training and professional development to employees across the agency.
Develops and implements a plan to deliver training to external participants building a potential revenue stream for Lighthouse.
Qualifications:
Licensure in the state of Ohio as an LSW or LPC.
Two (2) years client care experience preferred.
Experience with delivering trainings.
