About the Company:
Founded in 1982, Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions is the world’s leading supplier of real time contamination monitoring systems and airborne particle counters. Lighthouse offers the most complete line of contamination monitoring solutions available that include Airborne Particle Counters, Microbial Samplers and Liquid Particle Counters, as well as Temperature / Humidity sensors. Recently added production of air purification products, manufacturing of personal protective equipment. These solutions are now found in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data storage, biotechnology, aerospace and defense industry plants worldwide.


Job Summary:

Work with QA Team to ensure solutions conform to regulatory requirements. Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications where applicable. Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First”.
  • Test and measure PPE production of finished goods using multiple methods.
  • Inspect incoming materials ensuring acceptable quality through the use measurements with precision tooling.
  • Inspect final inspection of finished goods to ensure the highest of quality to our customers.
  • For all on -site positions, must show up to work to perform job duties.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with and as a Team.
  • Get along with others, not creating an offensive or hostile work environment.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and 41 pounds as a two-person lift.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Able to write reports on nonconformities.
  • Able to read blueprints and have basic machining knowledge such as GD&T.
  • Solid research and information-gathering skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of product compliance management tools, such as Paradigm 5 and Intellect Compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, managers, and personnel from various departments within the organization.
  • Moderate level of proficiency with personal computers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, talk and hear.
  • Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Basic understanding of machining (i.e. GD&T).
  • Ability to measure materials using precision tooling (i.e. calibers, gauges, microscope).
  • Ability to generate reports on real time observations of incoming/outgoing inspections.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • No supervisory responsibilities.

Travel:

  • May be required to travel to other LWS, conferences or trade shows on occasion.


Education and Experience:

  • 4 years of proven experience in Compliance Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
