Lighthouse Visuals is Hiring a Customer Service Manager Near Greenville, NC

Ready to be the smiling voice behind Lighthouse Visuals? We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative who's passionate about making clients happy.

In this role, you'll be the go-to guru for all things customer-related. From guiding clients through the booking process to ensuring their experience is top-notch, you'll be the beacon of support they need. If you thrive on building relationships, problem-solving, and spreading good vibes, come join our team and be part of something awesome!

Responsibilities:

Provide stellar customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.

Assist clients with booking photography services, answering questions, and providing pricing details.

Coordinate with our photography team to schedule appointments.

Handle client inquiries and concerns with grace, resolving issues and escalating when needed.

Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services and exceed expectations.

Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Keep up-to-date on industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Assist with social media needs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and engaging personality.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Passion for photography or the real estate industry is a bonus!

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
