Lighthouse Tavern is Hiring a Bartender Near New Bedford, MA

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies and replenishing inventory
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or POS system
- Upsell and promote drink specials or menu items to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, drink recipes, and mixology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with the food industry and knowledge of food pairing with drinks
