Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• The Director of Private Dining will solicit, confirm and coordinate new bookings for all private dining events. This will include utilizing the CI system to block space, prepare contracts, and detail event orders for clients.
• Communicate effectively with both group clients and restaurant team to ensure standards are upheld and client needs are exceeded.
• Form and maintain connections to local businesses and social communities in the YOU’LL BRING
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High goal orientation and self-motivation, working with minimal direction
• General food & wine knowledge
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organization skills
• Sales / Marketing or Catering Sales background required; menu and event planning experience preferred
