  • Has a willingness to learn new skills and attain trade certifications
  • Is able to collaborate and work well with others
  • Has strong electrical theory and install understanding
  • Has experience with increasing accuracy and quality installations, reducing rework and improvement of finished products (Electrical Equipment and all aspects of the Electrical construction install process) 
  • Has excellent communication skills and is able to provide training to groups of people, in person or remotely
  • Can develop and execute QA/QC Standards and processes that are not part of current workflows
  • Can identify issues, solving problems and implementing solutions to rectify them.
  • Continually maintain all Lighthouse Electric Quality documents and Electrical Safety standards
  • Can complete scope review on installations over 1000 volts
  • Can assist the field and the planning department with the completion of cable pulling tension calculations and pulling plans
  • Has or is willing to obtain NFPA 70E professional certification
  • Can create Methods of Procedures (MOP’s) for critical field activities such as energizations, commissioning and outages as required
  • Can audit field and internal processes to ensure conformance with the LHE quality standards
  • Is Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Will need to report to the Pittsburgh International Airport for the duration of the project
