• Monitor the waiting list, anticipate guest needs, and manage seating to maximize the dining area's efficiency.

• Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates and manage reservations during peak hours.
• Assist in handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints courteously and professionally, escalating issues as needed to management.
