We are in search of a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the creation, configuration, support, and maintenance of solutions within the Platform as a Service (PaaS) domain. The ideal candidate will enhance the ServiceNow platform, align with our collaborative culture, and bring expertise in cloud-enabled systems and Agile methodology.

In this role, you will play an instrumental role in optimizing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. The HRSD module centralizes HR functions, integrates with diverse HR systems, and fosters self-service across departments. Your primary focus will be on the Human Capital (HC) intake solution facilitating requests to the DHS Office of Human Capital (OHC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the UI for HRSD, including button placement, label enhancement, and dashboard optimization.
• Design and refine filtering capabilities for user-friendly reporting tools.
• Boost managerial and administrative functionalities, including ticket allocation and fulfiller notifications.
• Provide comprehensive training materials including user guides and recordings.
• Efficiently manage helpdesk support inquiries from inception to resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess, plan, and implement efficiency-driven changes within OHC solutions.
• Uphold security, policy, and procedural standards.
• Engage in agile methodologies: backlog grooming, story point estimation, solution design, SCRUM mastering, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• US Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of ServiceNow Developer experience, with a focus on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Proficiency in cloud-enabled systems, Jira, Active Directory, and full stack development.
• Strong UI/UX/Customer Experience skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior or current security clearance at the public trust level or above is preferred.
