Role Overview: As a Value-Based Care/Healthcare Analytics Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for leveraging your expertise in healthcare analytics and business analysis to drive initiatives focused on enhancing value-based care strategies. This includes a keen eye for regulatory modifications and an ability to adapt Lightbeam's metrics to stay in accordance with the evolving healthcare landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare informatics, healthcare administration, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, or a similar role within the healthcare domain.
• Strong understanding of value-based care models, healthcare payment systems, and regulatory requirements.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with healthcare cost, utilization, and quality metrics, including a thorough understanding of industry standards and updates.
• Experience in ensuring alignment of organizational metric definitions with industry and government updates, demonstrating adaptability to evolving healthcare landscapes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
