LIGHT BULB DEPOT is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Aurora, MO
- Process and post incoming payments for open accounts
- Monitor customer accounts and note all communication activity
- Call customers to obtain payment status on past due invoices and provide copies of any missing invoices
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Send invoices and account statements
- Answer incoming calls
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Accounts receivable, accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Data entry, typing and math skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with spreadsheets, word processing and email communication
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
