Digital Marketing Specialist Debt Settlement/Personal Lending

About LiftUp:

LiftUp is an exciting and innovative financial solutions startup that launched in September 2023. Our

mission is to help Americans reduce their debt. As we grow the company going into 2024, we are looking

for a self-starting and experienced digital marketing specialist who is willing to grow into a leadership

position within the company. The hire will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with our

engineering and operations teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our revenue

streams. The hire will be in charge of designing marketing campaigns from the ground up, including

designing/copywriting ads and getting them placed on various digital platforms, then actively

monitoring performance data of campaigns to improve return on ad spend.

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in the creation, and execution of digital media marketing campaigns.
• Create and define core messaging and objectives for marketing campaigns.
• Design and copywrite advertisements and getting them placed on paid platforms.
• Work with the engineering team to integrate campaigns with our lead intake flows
• Identify opportunities and create solutions to optimize campaign performance and marketing spend.
• Using data analytics to improve KPIs such as cost per lead and connection rates for our call center
• Develop partnerships with paid digital media platforms.

What were looking for:

• 2-4 years of digital marketing experience and/or media buying specifically for personal lending, debt settlement or a closely related industry.
• Great understanding of driving factors behind marketing channels in the above industries.
• Proven success in creating and executing marketing campaigns to generate consumer credit leads.
• Experience advertising on Google, Meta and other digital platforms.
• The ability to adapt to quickly changing conditions based on the needs of the company.
• Proficiency in data analytics and translating data into improved marketing strategies.

Not required, but bonus points for:

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to manage SEO and/or offline marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in other digital content creation such as short videos and blog posts.
