The Aftermarket Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to optimize the growth and profit of Lift Power, Inc. by providing leadership and direction to sales personnel (CSSRs, Dock and Door Sales Representatives, and Warehouse Solutions Sales Representatives) in their efforts to sell company products and services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:· Set sales goals for maximum market penetration, provide guidance and training for sales personnel, and submit periodic progress reports to senior management
· Set and implement standards, policies, and procedures for the Sales Department
· Set individual sales goals and hold sales personnel accountable in achieving those goals
· Develop sales strategies to support the company’s mission and goals
· Prepare monthly sales reports on volume, new potential sales, and lost opportunities. Negotiate and close contracts with sales personnel.
· Initiate direct personal contact with all primary customer accounts and key prospects
· Conduct all business relationships in accordance with Lift Power, Inc.’s policies and procedures
· Champion Lift Power’s CRM database program and enforce daily use by Sales Department team
· Mitigate internal and external issues when necessary
