The Lift Lending Certified Financial Advisor will work in our Irving, TX call center environment helping consumers nationwide.

The Certified Financial Advisor will consult and guide our prospective consumers who have applied directly with Lift Lending for debt consolidation options.

Responsibilities:

• Build trust and rapport quickly over the phone and demonstrate ability to create relationships with existing and potential consumers with the goal of meeting the customer needs.
• Analyze consumer specific situations and provide our customized and tailored solution by advising consumers as to the appropriate debt resolution for their unique situation.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
• Follow-up with multiple customers and work on multiple files each day.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google
• Experience with Debt Pay Pro is preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must!
• Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals
• Irving, TX 75063: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 2 years Sales Experience
• Spanish Language fluency a plus

Draw / commission. Successful employees will be making a total compensation of $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• Some Saturdays required
