We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hiring Manager to oversee our Sales Recruiting team. As a Hiring Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales recruiting team, open new applicant pipelines, scale the recruiting team, and develop interview processes for recruiters/ Sales managers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the Sales Recruiting team and provide leadership and guidance

· Scale the recruiting team by identifying hiring needs, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions

· Develop and streamline interview processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and high-quality hires

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment to continuously improve processes

· Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

· Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and fit for open positions.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales recruitment, with a background in hiring for high-volume positions

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

· Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
