Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general information to callers and visitors about our organization
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with project coordination and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task phones and computer work
- Proven experience as a receptionist or scheduler in a similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
