Description & Requirements:
LifeStyle Home Furnishings Assistant Managers are responsible for building and maintaining the customer relationships that are the foundation of LifeStyle Home Furnishings retail & lease sales success. The Assistant Manager develops and leads store associates in the implementation of the Lifestyle Home Furnishings sales approach, performs store operations functions such as opening and closing the store, and maintains compliance with Company policies and operating procedures to ensure the delivery of an exceptional in-store experience for every guest that results in increased store sales, profitability and customer loyalty.

You’ll help oversee a sales-driven culture and lead your team in the development and creation of life-long relationships with our customers.

Full Time Position Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary starting @ $45,000 - $49,000 annually. (Experience & knowledge go a long way)
