The Medical Records Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating the day to day workflow of the medical records department in Home Health through HCHB tasks and order management with direction from the Administrator or designee. This will include successful management of quality & compliance, the Lifespark Experience and medical records

Qualifications

  • One to Three years of experience in medical records or customer service preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age and is a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Verification of COVID vaccine status or receiving an approved exemption.
