Scope of Position:

Assist in the planning of Lifeshape events and collection of materials for Participant’s Journey. 

Reports to: Director of Relationships

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on projects as assigned by the Director of Relationships 
• Assist in planning “Global Neighbors” events to connect Chick-fil-A Operators with international communities in the United States. 
• Participate in a service project aimed toward engagement of the international community. 
• Collect materials for Lifeshape’s Participant’s Journey 
• Partner w/ Impact 360 Stewardship Director to plan the 2024 Golf Tournament 

Requirements:

• An evangelical believer committed to Christian service consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs who is actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or business administration and experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or brand management.
• Demonstrated knowledge, training, and experience in effective administrative and organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills capable of orchestrating and coordinating many tasks and functions to a successful end.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Exceptional professionalism at all levels with the ability to anticipate needs and challenges and respond in a manner consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs.
• Strong communication skills including one-on-one conversations, small group facilitation, presentation, public speaking, and writing in a manner consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs.
• Ability to work independently and as a strong team player under time pressures without loss of poise, grace, or humor.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations, make rational decisions, and take effective action in a manner consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs.
