We are seeking a local compassionate and dedicated Program Leader to oversee the daily management of a CLA Residential Group Home with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Full Time 40hrs Monday – Friday and on-call responsibilities.

Program Supervisor Requirements:　
-A minimum of one year experience working with adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities
-One year supervisory experience preferred
-HS Diploma/GED
-Valid Driver’s License with a clean 3 year record
-At least 18 years of age

-Able to lift 50lbs

A Program Supervisor needs to have excellent communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities, be able to react timely and appropriately in urgent or emergency situations, be able to multi-task and present and promote a positive work environment and attitude while leading by example.

Group Home Job Responsibilities:　Overall management of a residential group home which will include but are not limited to:
-Supervising direct care staff – interviewing, scheduling, training, disciplines, and holding monthly staff meetings
-Payroll

-House and individual petty cash

-Monthly and annual reports; daily documentation
-Monthly fire drills
-Community outings
-Scheduling and attending doctors’ appointments with residents
-Direct care of individuals
-Following and overseeing implementation of behavior plans, protocols and care plans

-Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely.
