For 50 years, LifePath has been providing a variety of community and residential services to individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout 7 counties in Pennsylvania. LifePath's programs and services are guided by the principal of everyday lives, an environment of respect and dignity and opportunities to make decisions and choices about one's own life.

Activity Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities attending the day program setting to maximize each individual’s potential. Assisting the individual with daily activities, community outings, lunch, and interacting with other staff and peers.

Set Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm

Activity Assistant Qualifications:

-At least 18 years of age

-Valid Driver's license with 3-year clean driving record

-Ability to lift 50 pounds

-Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely
