This position is hybrid / remote in CA with in-office activity in Lancaster, CA.
Travel up to 30-40% to the greater Los Angeles, San Diego, and High Desert areas.

How You Will Make an Impact :
The People Services Coordinator - Employee Relations support the implementation and administration of policies, procedures and programs that promotes a positive relation between employees and the organization.
This position is the lead support to the department leadership on timely workplace investigation, timely resolution, and proper documentation of employee and employer relations issues.
This position reports to the People Services Manager Employee Relations or designee.
