Basic Requirements:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with a focus on hospice care.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and provide symptom management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

Rate:

• $250 per admission
• $75 per follow up visits
