Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing client's living space
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

Experience:
- Previous experience as a home health aide or caregiver is preferred
- Familiarity with medical records systems and documentation
- Ability to cook and prepare meals for clients with special dietary needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
