We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Johnstown, PA. This position requires a current Pennsylvania DEA license and will be in office.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Prescribe and monitor medication as needed for clients with mental health disorders
- Provide counseling and therapy to individuals and families
- Play an integral role in the coordination of care for clients with complex mental health needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing with specialization in psychiatric/mental health
- Current Pennsylvania DEA license
- Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in psychiatric/mental health setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
