LifeLinc Corporation is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Memphis, TN

Overview

Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Anesthesiologists across multiple LifeLinc Anesthesia practice locations as well as the recruitment of corporate staff based in the Memphis, TN office. The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to take on multiple tasks, and function well under stressful situations and tight deadlines. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 25% including on weekends. The candidate will assist the Director of Recruitment in active recruiting, candidate outreach, general recruiting workflow, and industry tradeshow travel.

This position is not a remote position. This person will be required to report to the corporate office in Memphis, TN on Monday through Thurday 8:00am to 5:00pm and on Fridays 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically recruit passive and active candidates by utilizing cold calling, job boards, internal applicant tracking systems, recruitment tradeshows, Boolean searches, social media, networking groups, and referrals.
  • Develop attractive job descriptions and utilize creative sourcing strategies while providing ongoing status of overall activities.
  • Effectively coordinate and execute recruiting specific marketing campaigns to prospective candidates, including email blasts and other online media.
  • Continually evaluate and improve the candidate experience.
  • Facilitate the hiring process, which includes the initial interviewing and screening of candidates.
  • Actively engage with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand business goals, market trends, competitive intelligence, and determine next steps in the recruiting process.
  • Effectively evaluate the relationship between workforce planning and forecasting job needs to keep clinical locations fully staffed.
  • Establish a rapport with job candidates while maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current openings/future consideration.
  • Communicate efficiently with client facilities’ administration ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Travel to anesthesia tradeshows for recruiting purposes.
  • Coordinate with school recruitment programs and regional clincal leaders to maintain and grow a pipeline of candidates graduating from residency and CRNA programs.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, marketing, business or similar
  • At least three years of recruiting experience, preferably including healthcare provider recruitment and corporate recruitment
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop long-term professional relationships with all candidates and hiring managers
  • Must possess and entrepreneurial outlook with flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational development capabilities with effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment tradeshows and other events as needed, up to 30% travel.
  • Professional level of verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with clinical leaders
  • Experience using ATS systems, preferably iCIMS
