Position Title: Community Integration Specialist (DSP)

Location: Loudon, NH

Compensation: $21.40/hour plus a daily gas stipend.

Status: Part Time Opening!

Total Hours/Week: 24 hrs/wk

Work Schedule: Flexible! 9am-3pm, Four Days a Week

Client Description:

Client is a woman in her mid-60's with a wonderful personality and lots of stories to share. Her favorite stories include scuba diving, riding motorcycles and bartending. Client enjoys having coffee, chatting, and playing the lottery. Client needs someone who is patient as she has complex medical needs and unique communication needs. Client may need help with some ADLs, money management, and using coping skills.

What Does a DSP Do?

- Be a positive role model and provide supervision and mentoring to clients out in the community.

- Teach essential life skills, including daily living skills, community engagement, etc.

- Improve clients' social, interpersonal, and coping skills through respectful relationships.

- Help shape growth, build trust, and offer emotional stability during moments of crisis.

- Lead recreational and social activities, fostering a fulfilling environment.

This is a Part Time Position.

Hiring Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Valid driver's license required & 18 years of age

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks

- Vehicle insurance (required to transport clients in your vehicle)
