LifeBridge Health is Hiring a RN- CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST - PER DIEM Near Baltimore, MD

JOB SUMMARY: Facilitates improvement in the overall quality and completeness of inpatient medical record documentation and obtains appropriate documentation through extensive interactions with providers.

REQUIREMENTS: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Education: Nursing, Physician's Assistant, or MD. Experience: 5-7 years.

CERTIFICATION: Maryland Registered Nurse License
